A hanging plant basket, handcrafted by female basket weavers in Gitarama, Rwanda. The women grow their own sisal plants locally, then extract the fibers to hand-dye and weave them into these beautiful works of art. The sisal is coiled around sweetgrass, a fragrant grass with a subtle sweetness.
These beautiful hanging planters are perfect for holding a 4" pot or also work well for dry goods (like wooden toys), or kitchen items.
7" wide
5.5" opening
5.5" tall
17" hanging cord
