Not the right fit? We treasure our customers and will do our best to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.
• Items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with tags attached within 10 days of purchase, for in-store credit. *Returns to original payment method may be approved by owner on a case-by-case basis.
• All sales are FINAL on discounted items, intimates (like socks & underwear), and wellness items (as these are food safe).
• We are not responsible for items damaged after they are in your care.
• Please check your measurements! We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about fit. Reach out if you're unsure!

Shipping
• Orders are processed and shipped twice weekly via USPS (or occasionally Fed Ex) on Monday's and Friday's.
• You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
• Orders are insured via the shipping carrier.
• Due to carrier delays, packages have occasionally been taking a little while longer to reach you. Please be patient as this is outside of our control.
• Shop Lyko is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the carrier. As all shipments are tracked and insured, you should receive a full refund from the carrier. We are not responsible for filing or following up on lost/stolen claims.
• We use eco-friendly and recycled shipping supplies to pack your order!
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.
• Please note that we are closed on Tuesday & Wednesday, so orders placed during this time will typically ship on Friday morning.
