Returns for Online Orders

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the item (typically by mail), in unused/unworn condition with tags attached, initiated within 14 days of delivery 

Returns for Local Purchases

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method or may be exchanged for in-store credit.  Items must be unused/unworn with tags attached within 7 days of purchase.  

*All sales are final on discounted, consigned and wellness items.

*We are not responsible for items damaged after they are in your care.

Please check your measurements if you’re considering a discounted or consigned (resale/vintage) item.

  • Orders are processed and shipped twice weekly via USPS. 
  • You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.  Orders are insured via USPS.
  • Due to carrier delays, packages have occasionally been taking a little while longer to reach you.  Please be patient as this is outside of our control. 
  • Shop Lyko is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.  It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS.  As all shipments are tracked and insured, you should receive a full refund from the carrier.  We are not responsible for filing or following up on lost/stolen claims.  
  • We use all eco-friendly and recycled shipping supplies to pack your order!
  • If your order contains nail polish it must ship by ground as it is classified as a hazardous material.  (Although our polishes are as eco-friendly as you can get, it's still paint.). We only ship nail polish domestically. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.  
  • Please note that we are closed Monday and Tuesday.
