This is a pre-1971 Vintage LEVI'S (Capital E) Orange Tab chambray button-down women's shirt with a one-of-a-kind embroidered roadrunner detail on the right-facing breast pocket.
In the 1960's Levi's birthed the Orange Tab (their fashion denim line) which was not required to adhere to the stringent requirements of the Red Tab label. Early Orange Tab's did not have care labels inside as this wasn't enforced by US law until 1971- as this piece does not show signs of the care label, and has the capital E in "LEVI'S" - it is from the 1960's-1971.
Sized for Women as a Small

This piece shows some signs of wear typical of garments its age, like loosened seams in the armpit and faint wear marks here and there. It has a spot on the back of the right-facing sleeve, as pictured.
