This is vintage terra cotta tone, jacquard-woven rayon long, bell-sleeve blouse designed by Herbert Kasper for Joan Leslie. Joan Leslie was a higher-priced line for Leslie Fay. Herbert Kasper joined Leslie Fay in 1965 to design the "by Kasper" line. This blouse is almost certainly from 1974-75 because the Union Label within dates it post 1974, while Kasper left Leslie Fay in 1975.
The jacquard textile has a tonal dot weave structure with a painterly lollipop floral repeat in sky blue, peach and tangerine. It is long-sleeve with a mandarin-style collar, and cloth button, piped henley front.
